This site contains a great deal of information about steins which has resulted from the research efforts and contributions of our members. Our mission is to provide information about beer steins both to the public and to our members, and we have found it necessary to strike a balance between full public access and member-only access, for selected materials. Of what value is a password if it is published in Prosit? Our objective is to provide ready access to the full range of information for our members, and to encourage non-members to join SCI. The password will be changed every three months and published in each issue of Prosit, where our members will have easy access to it. Our security derives from the limited distribution of Prosit, and by changing the password every three months.
