I recently acquired a stein made by R. Merkelbach in a Gary Kirsner auction. In the description it was indicated that stein was designed by L. Hohlwein. Does anyone have any information on this person? Also under the R. Merkelback mark the word - "Handgeriltzt" was stamped. Could someone help with the transation?
