Tracy,
You probably have a wine pitcher with wine cups. The wine pitcher has a German song about wine, which you can get the translation in the Library by looking up 1001 German Beer Stein Translations. The cups appear to be about German or Austrian people and places. Pewter is usually marked. Are you sure there are no other marks? Can you post pictures (you might get more help from someone that knows pewter)?
