Hi, "nkh". I think the reason no one has replied to your inquiry is because no one has much to offer. Your pouring or master stein (at least, that's what it seems to be) is unusual, and doesn't seem to display any characteristics that would aid in its identification. I'm guessing that the material is high-glazed majolica, a type of earthenware in which the heavy glaze frequently crazes. This is also suggested by what appears to be a pewter ring around the foot, which would have been applied in order to reduce risk of chipping. The design is not unusual, but neither is it recognizable. So it's a mystery.
