Do you have A Collector's Guide to Diesinger Steins? I don't see that your stein has any of the characteristics of a Diesinger that are shown in the book. Nine characteristics are listed as follows: Handles (22 types listed), thumblifts (13 types listed), columns (6 types listedd), beading bands above or below the scene (4 types listed), stippling (3 types listed), DRGM 154927 or 250635 with the mold numbers (6 types listed), decor on the bands (6 types listed), cartouches (4 types listed) and other features such as gnomes, jesters, animals or musicians (6 pictures shown). If you are interested in Diesinger steins, this a book you need. It is by Patricia and Eugene Manusov. You can find it on eBay sometimes or in used book sites.
I don't see any characteristics that would identify your stein with any other manufacturer. I presume there are no other marks on the bottom. Is there any artist signature?
