Sun Steiners is a chapter of Stein Collectors International serving members in the Florida area. We meet three or four times a year to enjoy our hobby in a social setting. Spouses are not only invited, but are an essential element to our club. Meetings include stein sales, collection displays, speakers, member talks on favorite steins and good food and drink. The cost to attend a meeting in a member's home covers the cost of food and drink; in a restaurant it is pay-as-you-go. We have both antique and contemporary collectors in our group with wide ranges of interests. Annual dues are $10 per family which covers the cost of printing and mailing our newsletter.

Our January meeting is held in a member’s home in Ft Lauderdale where we view and discuss his enviable collection. A presentation is given on various stein or stein related subjects. About 40 people enjoy an afternoon filled with stein talk as well as good food and drink on a typical sunny winter day in Florida. Many of our members attend Stein Auctions and/or Antique Shows in the Miami area before or after the meeting.

Meeting Schedule:

January	late in the month in the Ft. Lauderdale area,coincident with a major stein auction and the Miami antique shows
April or May	usually on the West Coast
Oct. or Nov.	usually on the East Coast
