THE NEW CHALLENGE
A year ago in January I issued a challenge to the SCI chapters asking each chapter to submit an article for the SCI web site's monthly Featured Stein. I have since amended the challenge to get articles from different contributors. The results for the first year were good -- eight different chapters contributing and ten different authors contributing, but there are still more chapters and many more collectors out there with beautiful and interesting steins that we would like to hear from.
I would hate to have to start showing my small collection stein by stein, when there are hundreds of beautiful, interesting, and unique steins out there in the hands of the SCI membership.
The articles do not have to be literary masterpieces. All that is required is a nice picture or two and a paragraph or two describing the stein, and its history and background. Please email me with questions or articles at sci@steincollectors.org.
